The receptionist who never misses a call.
A 24/7 AI lead agent trained on your services, pricing and service areas. It answers questions in your tone, qualifies leads on your criteria, and puts your booking calendar in front of visitors. Visitors who arrive at 2am on a Sunday are handled like it is Tuesday morning.
Six things. All of them, well.
Here is what the agent handles while you sleep.
Trained on your actual business.
We talk to you once, pull the service details, the pricing, the areas you cover, the jobs you take and the ones you politely decline. Then we train the agent on it. It speaks in your tone, not a generic chatbot script.
Captures and scores your leads.
Lead scoring is built in. The agent captures contact details, tags the conversation, and scores the lead so by the time it surfaces in your Leads view, your team knows which ones are worth calling first.
Puts your calendar in front of them.
Calendly and other booking pages open from the chat, so the visitor picks a time and your booking tool sends the confirmation. Need leads in another system? Webhooks and Google Sheets send them where you need them.
Live chat when you want to take over.
If a conversation needs a human, you or your team can jump in from the Live Chat view in your dashboard and take over mid-conversation. The agent hands off cleanly and you finish the chat in your own voice.
Every conversation in one place.
Your dashboard has a Conversations view with every chat the agent has ever had, searchable, filterable, and taggable. A Leads view surfaces the qualified ones with full context. A Bookings view shows the appointments. Nothing gets lost, nothing gets emailed around.
You configure it, we back you up.
You can rename the agent, rewrite its greeting, add knowledge base sources, and tweak the qualifying flow directly from your dashboard. If you want us to take it off your plate, we will. If you want to drive, the controls are all there.
What changes, in plain terms.
Here is what shifts when the agent goes live.
The 2am enquiry gets answered.
Visitors who arrive outside business hours get their questions answered, their details captured, and a booking offered on the spot. Not a contact form that waits for Monday.
Repetitive questions stop reaching your team.
Opening hours, service areas, what to bring, whether you cover their suburb. The agent answers from your knowledge base, so your people only pick up the conversations that need a human.
Every lead arrives with context.
Name, need, location, urgency and the full conversation, already scored and sitting in your Leads view. Your first call starts warm instead of cold.
Chatbot vendors love percentages no one can check. We would rather describe the shift and let your own dashboard show you the numbers.
How to check the agent is doing its job.
The first few weeks after an agent goes live tell you more than any demo. Set aside a little time each week to read the Conversations view, and look for three things: answers built on information that has since changed, questions it said it was not sure about, and chats where someone wanted a person. Each one points to a fix, and most fixes come down to what the agent knows.
When a question is not covered by its knowledge sources, the agent is told to say it is not sure and offer to put the visitor in touch with your team, rather than guess. That is the behaviour you want, but every missing fact becomes a visitor waiting on your team for something the agent could have answered. Add what is missing, whether you do it yourself in Studio or ask us to, and the next person who asks gets a proper answer.
A few settings are worth choosing on purpose rather than leaving as they are:
- Business hours. With your hours set, the agent knows when you are closed, can pass on your outside-hours message, and offers to take details so your team can follow up when you reopen.
- Lead capture. Choose between asking for a name, email and phone number, or only a first name and phone number, depending on how your team prefers to follow up.
- Handoff. If nobody will be watching Live Chat, switch handoff off, and the agent will invite frustrated visitors to leave their details instead of offering a person who is not there.
- Topics to avoid. List anything it should stay away from, and it will steer the conversation politely elsewhere.
Be clear on what it will not do. It never tells a visitor a booking has been made for them; it puts your booking calendar in front of them and they pick the time. It will not claim you are open around the clock unless your business information says so. It does not send people to another business, either: when someone asks about work you might not take on, it collects their details and leaves the decision with your team. And because an AI assistant must be disclosed as AI, the chat window shows an AI notice unless it is switched off, which we would not recommend.
Finally, judge it on your own numbers. The Leads view shows who left their details, and the conversation log shows what happened in every other chat. If visitors ask good questions and then leave without their details, look at how and when the agent asks for them. The agent works with the visitors your website already gets; it cannot promise more enquiries, but it can make sure the people who do ask a question get an answer, whatever the hour.
The questions we actually get asked.
If yours is not here, send it across. We will answer it honestly.
Will the agent make things up?
It answers from a knowledge base built on your actual services, pricing and policies, and it is instructed to say so when it does not know something rather than guess. Every conversation is reviewable in your dashboard, and we tune anything that misses.
What happens when someone wants a human?
You or your team can jump into any conversation from the Live Chat view and take over mid-chat. The agent hands off cleanly. Outside hours, it captures the details and offers a booking instead.
Do I need the full SEO plan to get the agent?
No. The agent is available on Studio standalone plans, no SEO plan required. If you are a managed client, we set it up and run it as part of the wider programme.
How does setup work?
We talk to you once and pull the service details, the pricing, the areas you cover, and the jobs you politely decline. We build the knowledge base from that, you review the agent, and then it goes live on your site.
Two ways in.
