  1. Access Integrations: In your Brain Buddy AI dashboard, navigate to Settings and select Integrations.
  2. Select Google Search Console: Click on the Connect button next to Google Search Console.
  3. Authorize Access: Sign in to your Google account and grant the necessary permissions.
  4. Confirmation: Once connected, your website’s search data will be available within the dashboard.

  • Copy the Pixel Code: In your dashboard, go to Settings > Tracking Code, and copy the provided code.
  • Access Your CMS: Log in to your website’s CMS.
  • Insert the Code: Paste the code into the <head> section of your website’s HTML.
  • Save Changes: Ensure you save and publish the changes to activate the tracking pixel.

While Brain Buddy AI integrates smoothly with most CMS platforms, please note:

  • No Permanent Changes: The tool does not modify your actual CMS settings; it alters the front-end display of certain elements.
  • Visibility of Changes: Not all changes are visible to end-users. For example, meta titles and descriptions are seen in the page’s HTML but not directly on the page itself.
  • JavaScript Dependency: Since changes are injected through JavaScript, optimisations will disappear if the script is disabled or removed.

Yes, to disconnect an account:

  1. Go to Integrations: Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select the Account: Find the integrated account you wish to disconnect.
  3. Disconnect: Click on Disconnect and confirm the action.

Disconnecting an account will:

  • Cease Data Syncing: New data from the disconnected account will no longer sync with Brain Buddy AI.
  • Retain Historical Data: Previously synced data will remain in your dashboard unless you choose to delete it.

Data from integrated accounts is synced:

  • Google Search Console: Daily.
  • Google Business Profile: Daily.
  • CMS Platforms: Real-time syncing upon publishing changes.

Yes, Brain Buddy AI supports integrations with popular analytics platforms:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select the analytics tool you wish to connect (e.g., Google Analytics).
  3. Authorise the connection by logging into your analytics account and granting permissions.
