3. Usage Limitation: To be eligible for a refund, your account must show less than 10% of quota usage on any Brain Buddy AI tools or features. If usage exceeds this threshold, refunds will not be granted.

4. Subscription Renewals: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or subsequent invoices after the initial trial period.
